During the event, former Prime Minister and JD(S) President Shri HD Deve Gowda, senior BJP leader and former Karnataka CM Shri BS Yediyurappa, NDA Lok Sabha candidates, Dr. K Sudhakar from Chikkaballapur, Shri Mallesh Babu from Kolar and Shri Tejasvi Surya from Bangalore, among other leaders were present. In his address, PM Shri Narendra Modi highlighted the NDA government's efforts in empowering women and marginalized communities through schemes like MUDRA and NAMO Drone Didi. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized his guarantee for free medical treatment and ration distribution and his vision for modern infrastructure development. He mentioned the NDA government's promotion of sericulture and water conservation while emphasizing the importance of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' for a progressive future.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi remarked that the first phase of voting has heightened the excitement across the country, evident in Chikkaballapur. He noted that the voting in the first phase favored the NDA and 'Viksit Bharat'. Shri Modi expressed gratitude towards Shri HD Deve Gowda, highlighting his active participation in politics at the age of 90 as an inspiration to the youth. He emphasized that the INDI alliance lacks leadership and vision for the future, mired in corruption. The message from Chikkaballapur and Bengaluru is clear: 'Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar'.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi restated his dedication to showcasing his accomplishments to the nation. He emphasized the importance of receiving blessings from the public, underscoring, "I have arrived here with my Report Card and require your blessings.” He emphasized that his dedication is to the country 24*7, with a vision extending to 2047. Shri Modi assured that he not only creates schemes but also guarantees their implementation. He cited examples such as the provision of free ration to over 1 lakh people in Chikkaballapur, a scheme that will continue for the next five years, termed as 'Modi Ki Guarantee'. Furthermore, Shri Modi highlighted the provision of free medical treatment to over 4 lakh people in Chikkaballapur under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, with those above 70 years receiving medical treatment of up to ₹5 lakh for free. Prime Minister Modi emphasized that the SC, ST, and OBC communities are the biggest beneficiaries of schemes implemented by the Modi government. During the previous government's rule, the SC and ST communities used to lead undignified lives. They used to live in dilapidated houses with no basic amenities available at their disposal. They have left hope in the government which was restored by the Modi Ki Guarantee’.

PM Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that over the last decade, 40 thousand houses have been constructed in Chikkaballapur, 84 thousand houses in Bengaluru, and 20 thousand in Kolar. He asserted his commitment to building an additional 3 crore houses across the country in the next 5 years is his personal guarantee, stating that this endeavor is the 'Modi Ki Guarantee'. The NDA government has introduced the RERA law, and in Bengaluru, more than 3000 housing projects are covered under RERA. Under this agreement, builders are obligated to construct houses as promised. PM Shri Modi stated that those who were last in line have been brought to the forefront by the NDA government. In 2014, when the NDA government was formed, the country's first citizen, the President, came from a Dalit family. In 2019, when the NDA government was formed again, the country's first citizen, the President, is a woman from a tribal family. It is this NDA government that has developed five places associated with Baba Saheb Ambedkar as ‘Panchteerth’ sites.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that following the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’, the NDA government has focused on the education of SC, ST, and OBC youth. As a result, there has been a 44% increase in higher education enrollment for SC students, a 65% increase for ST students, and a 45% increase for OBC students. Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that SC, ST, and OBC youth are the primary beneficiaries of the MUDRA scheme, which provides loans without guarantees. Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that every woman's ‘Seva aur Suraksha’ (service and security) is a priority for him. In 10 years, the government connected 10 crore women to self-help groups, and 1 crore women were made ‘Lakhpati Didi’ (women earning at least 1 lakh a year). Now, it is ‘Modi ki Guarantee’ that 3 crore women will become ‘Lakhpati didi’, with an annual income of over 1 lakh. PM Shri Narendra Modi stated that the NDA government, through the NAMO Drone Didi scheme, is providing drone pilot training to women. Additionally, he mentioned the initiative to take Shree Anna (millets) to markets across the world, emphasizing the benefits it will bring to the farmers of Chikkaballapur and Kolar. This initiative aims to empower farmers by creating more income-generating opportunities for them. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi highlighted the construction of 150 Amrit Sarovars in the region as a significant water conservation measure. He mentioned that under the NDA government, around 2 lakh 70 thousand households in Chikkaballapur and Kolar have been provided with tap water connections.

However, after the Congress formed the government in Karnataka, it ceased providing the  ₹4,000 portion to the farmers. Shri Narendra Modi expressed confidence that the anti-farmers Congress will face the required repercussions through the public. The NDA government is actively promoting sericulture. Through the Silk Samagra Yojana, it has provided nearly 1,300 crore rupees in aid to various states. India is not a ‘Follower country’ anymore, rather it has become the ‘first mover’ country. All this change happened in 10 years, and the change happened with the public’s vote.

PM Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that while the election campaigns of both the NDA and the INDI Alliance are underway, the focus of the INDI Alliance and Congress seems to revolve around Modi and 'Modi ka Parivaar'. In contrast, Modi's focus remains steadfast on the development of India and its citizens, as well as enhancing India's global image as ‘Mera Bharat hi Mera Parivaar Hai’. Shri Modi highlighted that the NDA government has made record investments in the development of social, physical, and digital infrastructure. As a result, LED bulbs, previously sold at ₹400, are now available for just ₹40, which has also led to savings of up to ₹20,000 crore on electricity bills for the middle class. The NDA government has also launched the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, which aims to provide free electricity to households. This is the era of electric vehicles, where fuel consumption and associated expenses will be reduced to zero.
