Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed public meetings in Ambala and Sonipat, Haryana on Saturday. Shri Modi ji criticized the previous corrupt Congress government and highlighted various beneficial schemes for farmers in Haryana, initiated by the BJP government. During the event, Haryana Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini, BJP Lok Sabha candidates, former Haryana Chief Minister and candidate from Karnal, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Shri Mohan Lal Badoli from Sonipat, Shri Arvind Sharma from Rohtak and Smt. Banto Kataria from Ambala, Shri Navin Jindal from Kurukshetra, among other leaders were present.

 

Shri Modi conveyed greetings to the entire state of Haryana from the land of Ambala, the abode of Maa Ambika and Mata Mansa Devi, with the traditional greeting of "Ram Ram". Haryana epitomizes courage and determination, as he has experienced the essence of Haryana's resilience and spirit for many years. The Modi ji-led government, akin to Haryana, has governed with strength and determination for a decade. The sight of Rafale jets soaring through the skies of Haryana fills the people with pride.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister sought blessings from the people for the upcoming five years. With only 17 days left until June 4th, the battle lines have been drawn for the upcoming four-phase elections, with the Congress, INDI Alliance, and all their allies vying for victory. The electorate has rejected the opposition's attempts to undermine the nation, and Haryana, known for its patriotism, resonates with the chant of "Phir Ek Baar Modi ji Sarkar". Every village and household calls for a robust Modi ji government.

 

Shri Modi stated that under a strong government's leadership, adversaries reconsider their actions multiple times before acting. The same Pakistan that had troubled India for 70 years, wielding bombs, now holds a begging bowl in its hands. The presence of a resolute government makes adversaries tremble with fear. There was a time when the Congress government was in power, and the brave mothers of Haryana lived in constant fear, wondering when an enemy's bullet might strike. Now, after ten years, everything has changed. Modi ji's strong government demolished the wall of Article 370, and Kashmir is now on the path of development.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that in the Kurukshetra of 2024, one side represents the development of the nation, while the other side represents "Vote Jihad." The question is who will the people choose? The people's response has decided, "Phir Ek Baar Modi ji Sarkar."

 

Shri Modi highlighted that the history of Congress is tarnished by betraying our armed forces. The first scam in the country was committed by Congress within the Indian Army. As long as Congress remained in power, it continued to engage in new scams. Scandals like the submarine scam and the helicopter scam weakened the Indian military, allowing them to profit from arms deals with foreign countries. Congress didn't even bother to address the basic needs of our soldiers. They didn't provide them with proper uniforms, shoes, or bulletproof jackets. They were handed sticks and told to face enemy bullets. But when the Modi ji government came into power, this was no longer acceptable. He initiated the campaign to make the Indian military ‘Atma Nirbhar’. Today, Indian soldiers are receiving weapons made in India. What India used to import from other countries, it is now exporting to them.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that from the heroic land of Haryana, Shri Modi ji warned the Congress party that only the Indian tricolor will fly in Kashmir now. Congress should understand that this is Modi's era, and any attempts to reinstate Article 370 will face serious consequences. During Congress' tenure, there were daily border firings and ceasefire violations making headlines. Although the enemy remains the same, the situation has changed due to the power of the people's vote, which has put an end to the violence.

 

Shri Modi pointed out that Congress has been out of power for ten years, which is why they are agitated. They are reminiscing about the old days when the royal family controlled the government with a remote control. Even the nation's schemes were named after one family, and the country's money went into the coffers of corrupt individuals. These weren't scams of crores or thousands of crores, but lakhs of crores. The INDI Alliance is a coalition of the corrupt and scamsters. They want power at any cost, and the price is the nation's security, stability and dignity. Their formula for running the government is to have five prime ministers in five years, as one of the INDI Alliance leaders recently revealed to the media.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that the responsibility of running the country is not an opportunity for indulgence. The people of India would allow the country to regress into the instability of the past? The opposition is not even hiding their anti-national agenda, openly declaring that they will undo everything Modi ji has accomplished in the last ten years. Modi ji referred to an opposition leader who said that Article 370, which was removed and buried, would be reinstated in Kashmir, implying a return to terrorism and bloodshed in the region.

 

Shri Modi stated that Congress betrayed our ex-servicemen. For fourteen years, they made empty promises about "One Rank One Pension," and when they realized that Modi ji posed to be a significant challenge in 2013, Rahul Gandhi allocated a budget of ₹500 crores for it and held meetings with ex-servicemen in Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, spreading confusion. But we implemented "One Rank One Pension." Their habit of lying is deeply ingrained. Modi-led fulfilled the promise of "One Rank One Pension" with flying colors when given the opportunity to serve by the people. Everyone should know how Congress lies. Congress allocated ₹500 crores for OROP, but when the BJP government implemented it, more than ₹1 lakh 20 thousand reached the families of soldiers. On the soil of Kurukshetra, where truth triumphs, Congress committed a sin against ex-servicemen. When Modi ji implemented it, he ensured the welfare of every family with ₹1 lakh 20 thousand crore, understanding and addressing their concerns. Shri Narendra Modi ji has embarked on the pledge of "Viksit Bharat." When he set out with this commitment, Haryana got all rights on him because his developmental journey also embodies the values of Haryana.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister highlighted that he has given full freedom to the soldiers at the border, saying there is "Ab Goliyan Ginane Ki Zarurat Nahin Hai''. This decision has rattled Congress and the INDI Alliance, who are troubled by Pakistan's deteriorating situation. Congress is becoming spokespersons for Pakistan, warning India about Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities, indicating their failure to understand Modi ji’s resolve. This is Modi ji’s era, where "Hum Ghar Mein Ghus Ke Maarte Hain." Shri Modi ji criticized Congress for their appeasement tactics, describing their manifesto as akin to that of the Muslim League. Their proposal to scrutinize everyone’s property, questioning where their land and jewelry are, suggesting that excessive property would be distributed to those involved in "vote jihad."

 

Shri Modi asserted that Congress is solely focused on appeasement politics. The manifesto crafted by Congress resembles the entire Muslim League manifesto. Congress claims that they will conduct an X-ray of the public's assets and then distribute those assets to those doing ‘vote-jihad’. Former Congress Prime Minister has stated that Muslims have the first right over this country's resources. Shri Modi ji affirms that the first right over the country's resources belongs to the poor. The public will not accept the inheritance tax proposed by the Congress, through which, after someone's demise, their property won't pass on to their descendants, rather, more than half of it will be claimed by the government if they come into power. The public does not accept the inheritance tax.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister conveyed that it is Modi ki Guarantee that “Janata ka Sapna Hi Modi Ka Sankalp Hai”. He commits to serving the nation and its citizens around the clock, “Pal Pal Janata Ke Naam, Pal Pal Desh Ke Naam” 24/7 for 2047. The four pillars of ‘Viksit Bharat’ are the poor, youth, women and farmers and Modi works to strengthen these pillars to make the nation strong. The welfare of farmers is Modi's priority.

 

Shri Modi highlighted that before 2014, the Congress-led government had purchased grains from farmers at MSP worth only ₹7.5 lakh crore. In contrast, during the 10 years of the Modi ji government, agricultural produce worth ₹20 lakh crore has been procured from farmers at MSP. Previously, farmers often faced delays in receiving payments, but now the funds are directly deposited into their bank accounts. Congress has only betrayed sugarcane farmers. Presently, the FRP for sugarcane stands at nearly ₹350 per quintal, while the Congress government used to offer around ₹210 per quintal. In 2014, when the BJP took office, the pending dues for sugarcane were approximately ₹60,000 crore. Contrastingly, this year, the government has cleared payments amounting to ₹1 lakh 14 thousand crore. Over ₹650 crore have been directly transferred to the accounts of farmers in Ambala, Karnal and Kurukshetra under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister highlighted that India has now introduced super foods to the world. With its potential in nutrition, India aims to become a global hub for nutritious food. Shri Modi ji envisions bringing robust grains like millets, grown by farmers in Haryana, to global markets. Hence, to establish a universal identity, these grains are recognized as "Shree Anna". An international millet year has been initiated and celebrated worldwide. Millet dishes were also served to all the guests at the White House. This recognition of super foods presents significant opportunities for farmers in states like Haryana and Rajasthan.

 

Shri Modi emphasized that the government is actively engaged in setting up more than 2 lakh warehouses. Special clusters are being developed for farmers, specifically focusing on potatoes, onions and tomatoes. It is Modi ji ki Guarantee that farming revolution with drones will be initiated, with women taking charge of this initiative. Women in rural areas are undergoing training to become drone pilots. Haryana is poised to lead in farming with drone technology, with women at the forefront. Haryana's strong presence in the world of sports today is attributed to the power of its women. Additionally, Sainik schools have now opened their doors to women. Notably, a significant number of women from Haryana are part of the first batch of NDA women cadets undergoing training.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that when the government is honest, the greatest benefit goes to the youth. The youth of Haryana have always had immense potential, and today they are excelling in sports. After forming the government in 2014, the BJP government increased the sports budget threefold, encouraging the youth to play more and win more medals. Whether it's building top-notch training centers in India or sending athletes abroad for training, the Modi ji government spares no expense in supporting athletes. Currently, thousands of athletes receive over ₹50,000 monthly under the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) from the government. It is because of such initiatives, India has won the most Olympic medals to date, enhanced its reputation in the Asian Games and set records in university games. India is now striving to host the 2036 Olympics and soon, the nation will witness the first Olympics in India, with Haryana and Sonipat youth winning gold medals.

 

Shri Modi expressed his debt to the women of Haryana and vowed to repay it through hard work. The development of Haryana is not just Modi ji’s dream but commitment. Today, twelve expressways pass through Haryana, with four near Sonipat. A rail coach modernization factory has been established in Sonipat and Maruti Suzuki's plant in Kharkhoda will create new employment opportunities. To address the drinking water issue in Jind and Sonipat, a 400-crore rupee project from Bhakra has been approved.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister also prioritizes public health, introducing Ayushman Bharat cards to guarantee free treatment. After June 4th, when Modi forms the government for the third time, the government will take responsibility for the medical treatment of family members over 70 years old in every household. Strengthening India and fulfilling Haryana's dreams is Modi’s mission. He requested not just parliamentary seats from Haryana but also courage, enthusiasm and blessings.

 

Shri Modi has pointed out that Congress shows no regard for women, farmers, or youth, their sole concern is with securing votes. While they support AAP in Delhi and Haryana, in Punjab, they label them (jhaduwala) as thieves. For Congress, the vote bank is paramount. Now, Congress is proposing to allocate reservations based on religion, aiming to distant Dalits and backward classes of their entitlements. They also oppose granting citizenship to Sikhs and Dalits to appease their voter bank. Congress claims that if they come to power, they will repeal the CAA. It is the BJP-led government that has respectfully repatriated the sacred forms of Guru Granth Sahib from the war-torn region of Afghanistan. It is the BJP government that has initiated the observance of “Veer Bal Diwas” in memory of the Sahibzadas. However, Congress and the INDI alliance seem to oppose such endeavors. Both Congress and the INDI alliance stand against “Vikas” and “Virasat”. After a wait of 500 years, a magnificent Ram Mandir has been constructed in Ayodhya, bringing immense joy to the entire nation. However, leaders of the Congress and the INDI alliance persist in making derogatory remarks about the Mandir. Congress rejected the invitation to the Ram Mandir to appease its voter base. Those who refused Ram Lalla's invitation cannot be accepted by the public. Another instance is Iqbal Ansari, who had spent his life opposing the Ram Mandir in court. However, upon receiving the invitation following the court's judgment, he visited Ram Lalla’s ‘darshan’ and participated in the entire event.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasized that the Constitution clearly prohibits granting reservation based on religion to anyone. However, the Congress party seeks to provide reservation of SC, ST and OBC to a specific community by betraying the principles of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, as outlined in the Constitution. After assuming power in Karnataka, the Congress swiftly announced special status for a particular community. Now, they aspire to implement this model across the entire nation. Shri Modi ji highlighted that in Karnataka, the Congress swiftly conferred OBC status upon all Muslims, leading to a significant portion of OBC reservations being exploited and snatched away. Now, the Congress intends to implement this model across the country. Such individuals should not be granted any seats in Haryana.

 

Shri Modi stated that the BJP government is diligently working to improve connectivity from Ambala to Delhi. The government is also integrating the Air Force Base here into the UDAN scheme. Soon, residents will have access to flights from Ambala to other cities. Ambala is rapidly evolving into a significant industrial hub in North India, which will create numerous employment opportunities for the youth. He emphasized the importance of the ongoing elections in shaping ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Viksit Bharat’. The outcome would determine who would lead the nation towards progress. Shri Modi ji appealed to the public to show overwhelming support for BJP candidates. He urged the public to vote decisively for another term of BJP governance, advocating for a resounding victory.
