BJP National President, Shri Amit Shah, addressed a parivartan rally amidst a huge public gathering at Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh. This rally was to transform UP into a developed state and to uproot the corrupt SP government Shri Shah appealed people to bring the BJP government in state with absolute majority.
Giving a stern reply to the allegation of donation received to party by congress and its allies Shri Shah said, today I want to tell the people of country that during the all party meeting held on just before the starting of Winter Session of Parliament, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said to all political parties in the country that there should be a discussion on the method of funding to parties, it should change, from panchayat to Parliament the elections should be held on the same day but during entire winter session, the opposition kept on making noise and did not let the discussion to happen in parliament. He said, the parties do not have the political will that black money should be out of politics, even today, I am appealing to all politicians that Modi ji has put forward a serious issue, let's agree for discussion and come forward for bringing transparency in politics.
Shri Shah lashed out at opposition on note ban and said SP, BSP, Congress, Mamata, Kejriwal - all are nowadays chanting beads on note ban. He said that I do not know that what these parties have lost or plunged, note ban decision was to hurt, terrorism, Naxalism, business of drugs and counterfeit currency. They all were asking Modi till November 7, what did you do this for the black-money, now they all are saying that Modi ji, why did you do this for the black-money. He said he is worried that there are still queues and people have to face a bit of problem, PM has said on the very first day that the pain of 50 days will bring positive change for 50 years. He further said that only those are feeling pain who accumulated millions and billions of black money due to corruption which has been transformed into the trash. He said that note ban has taken sheen from the face of Mayawati's, Mamata, Akhilesh, Rahul, Kejriwal - in one night, their age have gone 10 years further. Speaking on triple talaq BJP President said recently while responding to a petition Supreme Court has asked the view from central government, our government has responded immediately whatever be the religion the rights of women should be secured, there should be no triple talaq in the country. He said that on this issue the SP, BSP, Congress - everyone is tight lipped they are neither saying yes nor no on this. He said that I have come here to appeal to the power of mothers that whosoever comes to ask for vote please question them that what are they doing for women rights. He said that Muslim women should get their rights, the practices of triple divorce should go. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's government at centre and Bharatiya Janata Party are working for the self-esteem of women and to protect their rights.
Speaking on condition of law and order in Uttar Pradesh, Mr Shah said that in UP there is at times Ram Vriksh scandal and some time the heart shaking rape or the mining scam, amidst all this how can one anticipate of the development in state. He said the Prime Minister has ordered the scrapping of interview for the class three and class four job seekers but, aunt-nephew do not want to remove it. He then said if there be any record of corruption Bhanji will be the first in number, she has done so much corruption.
BJP president said that we want to get rid of criminals in Uttar Pradesh, he wants to end the bogus lawsuits to end in the state, want to erase the horror of the land mafia, want to protect women, to give employment to the youth. He said during the Kalyan Singh government in Uttar Pradesh either criminals were in prison or out of state, we want to give up this kind of regime. He ruled that the SP-BSP in Uttar Pradesh cannot give such a government because their whole party is full of criminals. Shri Shah further noted that the SP-BSP-Congress are the governments of families, the government of caste, they cannot do development of whole society, they only know to do good for their own family.
Mr Shah said that Akhilesh Yadav is chanting since a month that if the Congress allies with his party he will get the majority. Shri Shah said that from now itself Akhilesh is feeling defeated? He said the SP, BSP, Congress, Ajit Singh – if all of them gathered then too BJP government will be formed in state as the people of state has already decided.
Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi, BJP president said, Rahul Gandhi said says if the Congress government comes in the state, then we will put factories of potatoes Rahul ji, you should know that potato is grown below the soil and not in the factories, and you talk of changing the Uttar Pradesh. He said the during the Congress, Sonia-Manmohan government every month there was a new scam, SP-BSP-Congress have done scams ranging from space to inside earth the 10 years of their rule has done scam of 12 lakh crore on the other hand during the two and half years, while after the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi BJP led government at the centre, the opposition parties could not accused even a single time of corruption in these two and a half years.
Responding to the allegations of Rahul Gandhi Shri Shah said allegations said that now also there is firing on the border from Pakistan, but the Indian army end it, the army at the Congress time had no permission to fire or respond. He reminded Rahul Gandhi that army persons were beheaded and abused during his government. But now it’s Narendra Modi led BJP government today the sacrifice of soldiers are avenged by entering into Pakistan territory and killing the terrorists, now the bullets are answered with bombs and bricks strike is answered with stone.
For those who gladly laid down his life for the country's independence those martyr- Thakur Roshan Singh, Ram Prasad Bismil Ashfaqulla Khan, I bow before them here, BJP chief said, I don’t know if the Congress written history will tell you this but I am saying the journey from 1947 to kakori, Shahjahanpur made history by showing new way and guided the patriots. He said Thakur Roshan Singh remarked, "I am ready to sacrifice my life not one time but 100 times for the sake of my motherland.” Today also Thakur Roshan Singh cry for country is inspiration of my life.
Mr Shah said the trip of parivartan yatra in UP is not just to change the government or change in party but our motto is to bring change in UP. He said that for 15 years the SP-BSP in UP who have played the game and kept pushing the path of development in Uttar Pradesh, He said that hard working laborer, hard-working young, despite rich natural resources why UP is not being able to develop, the development of UP is not taking place because it gets trapped sometime with the uncle-nephew and sometimes aunt-nephew, it could not find the escape route so how the state can hope to develop?
Launching a severe attack on Akhilesh Yadav BJP President said that, Akhilesh Yadav ji you have ruled the state with absolute majority in UP, but there was no development in basic facilities like state road, electricity, water, health, education, including the development of infrastructure you need to answer and give the accounts to the people of the state, please, do not try to mislead people on account of note ban. He said that for the youth state there is no employment and youths are forced to flee from the state, we want to make a state where the youth get employment in their district.
Mr Shah said the Bahan Ji, Akhilesh ji, Netaji cannot bring development to UP, nor will be able to do whenever their time came, they spoke of their own family, sometimes the aunt-nephew, uncle-nephew. He said that if the state is to take path of development the BJP government must come with two-thirds majority in the state.
BJP President said after the coming of PM Shri Narendra Modi have given one lakh crore every year more compared to the Sonia- Manmohan government to UP but the villages of UP still eludes development, today the conditions of roads in the state is in bad shape it seems the road is in the pit holes. He said that the Modi government has on an average 15 days launched schemes for poor-villages-farmers, 92 programmes have been kick started in two and half years but the state government in UP do not let it reach to people. He said that there has been congress and various government after independence but the work of sending gas connections to the poor women in villages was done only when PM Shri Narendra Modi came there has been distribution of 40 lakhs gas connections under Ujjawala Scheme. He said that only one can do this who has concern for village, poor, dalit and downtrodden. Further Shri Shah said, Modi government has launched several programs for the benefit of farmers. He said that earlier for seed and fertilizer people has to face sticks. He said that, in order to secure the crop Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme has been started but it's not still being implemented in UP because of the commission the state government has till now not deposited the premium for it.
Shri Shah said, appealing to the people of UP, after the formation of BJP government in the state, the Prime Minister’s ‘ sabka saath sabka vikas” resolution we will be ensure development for all resolution. He said that we want to make UP the country's richest state.
