The Centre's decision to institute a fresh Commission of Inquiry into the alleged snooping case is an attempt to tarnish the image of Gujarat government. When the state government had already ordered a probe into the case then what was the point behind setting up a new Commission of inquiry.

It is a step against the federal structure of our constitution. There have been many attempts in the past to target our popular leader and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Modi but he has always emerged stronger in every adversity.
