Salient points of Shri Narendra Modi Speech at Moradabad 

Prime Mnister Shri Narendra Modi, addressed the Parivartan Rally at brass city Moradabad. He appealed to the people to come forward and help the illiterate or semi illiterate to teach them make payment via mobile phones and endorse the digital India mission. PM Shri Modi alleged the government at UP for the poor condition of people. Shri Modi said that BJP led government can do the development of the state. 

PM Shri Modi has appealed to the people to make forward move towards digital India and said that people of this country will accept this change, even poor people accepts change in this country. Even today the USA is using ballot paper for voting but here India votes on EVM machine. Those who were opposed to the Jandhan account are seeing that now 20 crores hands have now Rupay card. Country has 40 crore smart phone users and almost 65% population are below the age of 35. Come forward to enable people to make payment through mobile phones and help the semi illiterate. 

The shine of the brass of Moradabad is prevalent in every home but despite after 70 years of the freedom, 1000 villages of Moradabad and nearby area do not had electricity. We have set a target to provide electricity connection in 18,000 villages across the country in just 1,000 days. I have come here after 2009 but before coming here 950 villages have been lighted with electricity of this area. He said that the governments not for just announcements but make policy and programs and complete its execution.    

Striking on the SP-BSP government Shri Modi said that there has been no government for the development of its people in state so the state wellbeing can not been ensured. If the BJP government is formed the inclusive development will take place. Only development can make easy good education for children, jobs for youths, cheap medicines for old. There will be ample house, electricity availability. Pointing on the SP Shri Modi said that we don’t have many one political master the custodian of this government is 1.25 crores people and they are my high command.

PM said, only then the poverty will get reduced when the big states like UP will eradicate poverty. The states like UP, Bihar, West Bengal, Maharashtra, will reduce the poverty then only India will be shed the tag of poverty. He said he chooses to fight election from Banaras because he wanted to fight for the poor. 

Renewing his fight against black money said few people held him responsible for this drive but he said he is unfazed of it. The days of corrupt people are over Every penny belongs to the 1.25 crore Indians. I am poor and will go after picking my bag. This state of poverty has given me strength to fight for the poor. 

PM said that the rich people are falling on poor people feet to deposit their black money in Jandhan account. He requested poor people not to withdraw and return such money. And if anyone pressurizes you do write to me. Government is thinking in the direction that how this money is to be used for the poor people. 

Making an attack on the opposition parties Shri Modi said till 7 years they have kept the people in queue for Kerosene oil, groceries, gas, sugar, etc. Those who use to chant money- money are now chanting Modi- Modi. We have made people stand in queue because people will never have to stand again. For the penance of the people I assure that this sacrifice will not go waste. The country will be free of corruption.
