The Hon’ble National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji will be on a two- day visit to Nagaland starting from Thursday (15 September 2022). He will hold several important party meetings including interaction with party leaders and intellectuals during his visit.

Hon’ble BJP National President will meet Shri Neiphiu Rio, Chief Minister of Nagaland who is also the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) president along with the State BJP Office Bearers tomorrow.

On September 16, Hon’ble BJP National President will interact with Intellectuals & Professionals in Chumukedima (Dimapur). He will also visit the AO Baptist Church and Cathedral Catholic Church in Kohima.

The Hon’ble National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji will be on a two- day visit to Nagaland starting from Thursday (15 September 2022). During his visit, Shri Nadda will take part in various important programmes and review the party's ongoing activities. He will hold several important party meetings and also interact with party leaders and intellectuals during his visit.
On September 15 (Thursday), the Bharatiya Janata Party National President will reach Dimapur Airport, Dimapur (Nagaland) at 11:00 am where he will be accorded a warm welcome by the party leaders & karyakartas. Shri Nadda will address a public meeting at 12:10 pm at GMS ground, Old Riphyim, Tuyi Mandal in Wokha. This is the home district of the Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader YV Patton. Post the public meeting, Nadda will proceed to Kohima where he will be holding a meeting with the state office bearers right from the State to the Mandal level at Cultural Hall, P. R. Hill at 04:00 pm. All the state office bearers, spokespersons, state executive members, special invitees, state council members, state BJP Morcha/Cells/Department members and district & Mandal BJP officials will be present in this important meeting. The BJP National President will also be holding a meeting separately with the BJP legislators and the sole Rajya Sabha MP of the party in Nagaland at the residence of Dy. CM Shri YV Patton.
Shri Nadda will meet Chief Minister of Nagaland Shri Neiphiu Rio who is also the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) president along with the State BJP Office Bearers at the residence of Hon’ble CM at 08:20 pm. Both NDPP and BJP have already announced their alliance for the state polls.
On the second day, that is September 16, Hon’ble BJP National President will be visiting the AO Baptist Church and Cathedral Catholic Church in Kohima at 09:45 am onwards. After that, Shri Nadda will proceed to Dimapur where he will interact with Intellectuals & Professionals at the Police Complex, Chumukedima (Dimapur) at 12:00 noon. Shri Nadda will also hold a meeting with the State BJP Core committee at Deputy Chief Minister YV Patton’s residence in Dimapur at 02:20 pm.
