Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah hold a roadshow in Madurai, Tamil Nadu on Friday. During the roadshow, BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Madurai, Shri Raama Sreenivasan and other BJP karyakartas were present. Shri Shah conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the public of Madurai for their warm welcome despite the heavy rainfall. Shri Shah conveyed appreciation for the public’s support, on behalf of the entire Bharatiya Janata Party.

Shri Shah mentioned that this time, BJP is contesting on all the seats in Tamil Nadu against AIADMK and DMK under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership. He remarked that due to the political corruption of both AIADMK and DMK, Tamil Nadu has not been able to achieve as much development as it could.

Shri Shah stated that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has made the nation secure and prosperous. Now it's time for the people of Tamil Nadu to stand with Shri Narendra Modi  and vote for the ‘lotus’ symbol in the upcoming elections. Shri Shah emphasized that only BJP can propagate Tamil language, culture, and thoughts from the state to the entire nation.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister emphasized that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has elevated the pride of Tamil Nadu not only within the state but also in the entire country and the world. Shri Shah expressed regret for his inability to speak in Tamil today, promising to make efforts to converse in Tamil in the future. He encouraged the public to support Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi by casting their votes for the ‘lotus’ symbol, aiming to secure ‘400 Paar’.
