New Delhi, 31 January 2024: Today, the Union Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Jal Shakti, Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar, welcomed seven-time MLA Shri. PC George and his son Shone George to the BJP. President of the Kerala Janapaksham (Secular) Party Shri. PC George has merged his party with the BJP and will fight together in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar stated that this merger and their joining BJP will help in expanding the footprint of the party, while transforming the future of Kerala.

He said, “Welcoming seven-time MLA & one of the tallest leaders of Kerala Shri. PC George ji and his son Shone George as they become a part of PM Narendra Modi ji’s mission of expanding BJP’s footprint in India. There is growing awareness among the people of Kerala that the left and INDI Alliance have let them down. Young Indians, Women, the Poor, and our Farmer brothers and sisters want a bright future for themselves, and therefore they want BJP Kerala to represent them in the parliament.”
