Highlights of the interaction with the Head of Missions to India of nine countries at the party's central office in the 5th phase of the “Know BJP” campaign by the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda
The Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda today interacted with the Head of Missions to India of nine countries including South Africa, Paraguay, Netherlands, Mexico, Colombia, Ethiopia, Cambodia, Maldives and Mali at the Party headquarters. The interaction is part of the "Know BJP” campaign which was started on 6th April 2022, the 42nd foundation day of Bharatiya Janata Party. Along with the Hon'ble National President, Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, in-charge of the party's foreign affairs department, the party's national general secretary Shri Vinod Tawde and the party's national spokesperson Shri Nalin Kohli were also present. The program was conducted by Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale. A documentary on the Bharatiya Janata Party's journey since 1951 was also shown to the visiting dignitaries. After his remarks, Shri Nadda answered the questions of all the “Head of Missions” one by one. By combining today’s 5th phase dialogue, Shri Nadda ji has interacted with diplomats/Head of Missions to India of 56 countries including the European Union and the USA. He has also given an example of the Party’s training department and its functioning. He described how the party is fully integrated from the grassroots to the national level.
In today's dialogue, most of the “Head of Missions” gave their suggestions to the Hon'ble National President regarding people-to-people & Party-to-Party contact and exchange of ideas between the political parties. Everyone appreciated the struggle & the journey of the BJP and the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
The BJP National President recalled the history of the Bharatiya Janata Party, its long journey, its struggle and electoral successes, the changes that the BJP governments have brought in the Centre and states and also the future plans of the party. He also described various social activities and initiatives of the party during Covid-19.
Salient points of the speech of Hon’ble National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji:
● Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has fulfilled and accomplished "Dreams Meet Delivery". The five pillars of his work culture have been -- People First, Politics of unity and development, Inclusive economy, Paradigm shift in governance, and Vasudeva Kutumbakam.
● The last eight years of the Bharatiya Janata Party government under the dynamic leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has been dedicated and devoted to service, good governance and welfare of the poor. The focus of our Hon'ble Prime Minister is speed of growth and development, skilling our youth and workforce, and to increase the scale of Indians to think big and aim for higher goals. Infrastructure development and connectivity have been the hallmarks of the Narendra Modi Government.
● In his address to the nation from the ramparts of the Red Fort this Independence Day, our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji appealed to the people of the country to take five pledges to mark the Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal -- to make a developed India till 2047, to get rid of the mindset of slavery, to be proud of our rich cultural heritage, to be united and to have sense of responsibility and duty towards the nation. We are committed to fulfill the pledge for the nation of the Hon'ble Prime Minister.

● During the Covid-19 pandemic, the whole World saw the social face of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji led from the front to provide relief to citizens where he ensured free vaccination and also free rations to over 80 crore poor and needy people.
● During the Corona pandemic our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji showed our organisation the new way of "sewa" (service of humanity) and the entire party organisation swung into action to serve the poor, sick and needy people during the pandemic. He named the Bharatiya Janata Party's mission to serve humanity during the Corona pandemic as "Sewa Hi Sangathan".
● India has created a record by carrying out the world's largest and fastest vaccination programme. Till today over 217 crore vaccine doses have been administered across the country. India has helped several countries by providing them Made In India vaccines and also other necessary medical aid during the Corona pandemic.
