Lt Governor of Delhi has withdrawn the circular allowing only Delhiites to be treated in Delhi government and private hospitals. Such an order has been quashed in past. Delhi government is doing charade to hide its incompetence. Lockdown period was supposed to create better infrastructure. Number of primary health centre are stagnant at 7, number of dispensaries have come down.
Delhi government is doing politics over circular stating outsiders cannot avail treatment in Delhi till further notification. They don't understand quasi structure of states and don't understand we are part of India. Infect Delhi CM got treatment in Bangalore. Real story is that Delhi government is competing with Maharashtra regarding Covid spread. No one will come to Delhi due to high spread. They lied to people about beds and preparation. Instead of 32000 beds, it gave in writing that it has only 3100 beds.
Lt Governor did what was right legally. He knew that such a circular had in past was quashed.
