Hon’ble Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed public meetings in the Narayanpet Assembly and Ranga Reddy of Telangana. He began his speech by acknowledging Rajya Sabha MP and OBC Front President Dr. K. Laxman and greeting National Vice President Smt. D.K. Aruna. Shri Nadda also greeted everyone present on the stage, the gathered crowd, the media personnel, and every individual in Telangana. Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda started by paying obeisance to Manikeshwari Matha. He expressed confidence in Shri Ratan Reddy, highlighting the enthusiasm of the public and noting that it seems Shri Ratan Reddy is determined to secure victory in the elections. He reiterated that the BJP's objective is to transform the destiny and future of Telangana.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda criticized Telangana CM K. Chandrashekar Rao, expressing disappointment. He lamented that the BJP had invested significant efforts in establishing Telangana as a separate state, forming the Telangana State Committee, and witnessing the sacrifice of thousands of lives. However, K. Chandrashekar Rao and his family have impeded Telangana's progress, prioritizing the advancement of their own family instead.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda conveyed to the public that the moment has arrived for a particular party to step back, as the people are prepared to respond on the 30th of November. He declared that the BJP is in a battle against any party that advocates for familialism and nepotism in Indian politics. He noted that the fight goes beyond Telangana, stressing the Bharatiya Janata Party's commitment to tackling nepotism nationwide.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda highlighted the BJP's electoral challenges across India, citing dynastic politics. In Jammu and Kashmir, the party faces the Abdullahs and Muftis. In Punjab, it contends with the Congress and Akali Dal factions led by Prakash Singh and Sukhbir Singh. Similar battles occur in Haryana with Chautala, Uttar Pradesh with the Yadavs, Bihar with the Lalu family, and other states like Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Telangana. He emphasizes the party's struggle against entrenched dynasties in various regions and  Bharatiya Janata Party is challenging familialism-oriented parties.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda asserted that on one hand Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has allocated funds for the development of Telangana, aiming to enhance its progress. However, it is regrettable that the allocated funds are not being utilized by KCR and his family for the betterment of the people. He emphasized that in regions governed by the Modi-led BJP government, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has consistently lowered petrol and diesel prices by reducing the Value Added Tax (VAT). However, it's worth noting that in India, under the leadership of KCR, the state of Telangana has the highest diesel prices.. He informed the public that an inflation rate of 8.5% is evident in Telangana, making it one of the most inflationary states for individuals in India. On one hand, Prime Minister Modi is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of the people of India, while on the other hand, KCR is focused on appeasing the populace.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda stated that when he refers to the appeasement of people by KCR, it is crucial to note that KCR and his party show minimal concern for issues such as unemployment and farmers' problems in the state. KCR and his party's primary focus appears to be on garnering votes. To achieve this, KCR is resorting to strategies that involve catering to a specific religious community. This includes initiatives such as declaring Urdu as the second state language, providing unconstitutional reservations to a particular religion, and allocating temple lands for purposes unrelated to their intended use. These actions reflect the political game that KCR is engaging in to secure electoral support.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda asserted that BRS stands for 'Bhrastachari, Rakshasula Samiti' (Corrupt, Demoniac Committee). He characterized them as the epitome of corruption, likening their actions to devouring the finances of the people of Telangana in a manner akin to a demonic force. If there is any entity responsible for the acquisition of land in Telangana, it is the present government and its questionable actions. The current Telangana government is allegedly employing a deceptive strategy with farmers, seizing their fertile lands and providing them in return with less productive and inferior barren lands. He emphasized that it is indeed true that the KCR government has been involved in acquiring farmers' land through their Dharani portal, rather than offering them incentives. He conveyed that the Kaleshwaram project has transformed into an ATM for KCR, with the initial 38,000 crore project cost escalating to 1 lakh 20 thousand crores. In contrast, the BJP pledges to the people of Telangana that upon assuming power, they will establish an investigative team to look into the matter and ensure that those responsible are held accountable and sent to jail

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda accused KCR of involvement in fraudulent activities, specifically highlighting corruption in the Miyapur land dealings. Allegedly, a corruption scandal involving 695 acres of land amounted to ₹4,000 crores. According to the accusation, government land was unlawfully transferred to other individuals through illegitimate means. He further alleged that KCR has been involved in 1,000 instances of corruption in the construction of Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road. He asserted that KCR and his party have allegedly engaged in corruption in the Dalit Bandhu Yojana. According to the accusation, KCR along with his party members and MLAs, is said to have taken a 30% commission in connection with the scheme. He emphatically stated that the KCR government, often referred to as the "30% government," must be ousted on the 30th of November when the people of Telangana cast their votes in favour of the BJP. He assured that once the BJP assumes power, policies involving a 30% commission will be eradicated.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda accused Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao of halting the 'Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana' and Ayushman Bharat Yojana, which provide free treatment of up to ₹5 lakh for the poor. He criticized Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao for not fulfilling the promise of providing 2 BHK flats. Additionally, he pointed out that the money sent by the Central government under the 'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna' scheme is not reaching the intended beneficiaries, impacting the poor. He stated that on one hand, PM Shri Narendra Modi introduced 5G in the country, whereas KCR has his version of 5G which stands for ‘Gareebi, Ghotala, Ghooskhori, Ghaplebaazi, and Gundaraaj.’ He appealed to the public to vote against the corrupt BRS government on November 30.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda emphasized that where there is a BJP government in the state, there will be development, respect for women, corruption-free governance, employment for youth, and empowerment of farmers. He stated that if the public re-elects Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in 2024, by the year 2028, India will become the third-largest economy in the world. He mentioned that the Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojna started by PM Shri Narendra Modi, providing 5 kg wheat or 5 kg rice and 1 kg pulse to the poor, will continue to feed 13.5 crore people for the next five years, helping them emerge above the poverty line. He also highlighted new dimensions of development, including a decrease in the percentage of people below the poverty line to less than 1%, and a six-fold increase in the agriculture budget compared to the previous one.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda noted that under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi, villages, the poor, SC/ST, tribal communities, youth, farmers, and women have been empowered. He highlighted schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyankari Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, Ayushman Bharat Yojna, Swachhata Abhiyan, Ujjwala Yojna, Ujala Yojna, and Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna, which aim to empower women, farmers, villages, and poor people. He mentioned that PM Shri Narendra Modi decided to spend ₹10 lakh crore in India for infrastructural development in a year, and in Telangana, it was decided to spend ₹5 lakh 21 thousand crore for the state's development. He emphasized that over the past nine years, the state has witnessed a 2,500 km road expansion, involving an expenditure of 1 lakh crore. Additionally, he pointed out that PM Shri Narendra Modi allocated 6,338 crores to rebuild the chemical factory in the Ramagundam district.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda emphasized that the BJP has a report card, known as 'Modi ki Guarantee,' assuring to fulfill everything that was promised and even things that weren't promised. He criticized the INC for not fulfilling the five guarantees they promised in Karnataka. He questioned whether the Congress has fulfilled the promise of free 200 units of electricity in Karnataka, comparing it to the BJP's record of providing 24-hour electricity in the state and noting that there is only 4-hour electricity under the Congress in Karnataka. He added that the Congress also failed to provide free bus travel for women, employment, and unemployment allowance to the youth of the state, likening Congress promises to 'Hathi Ke Dant (Elephant's teeth.)'. He stated that Congress and BRS have a similar guarantee, which is that wherever there is a BRS or Congress government, there will be corruption, loot, and cheating.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda urged the public to support the BJP in the elections, promising to provide 4 free cylinders every year to the sisters. He also assured that if a BJP government is formed, they will appoint a Chief Minister from the backward class. The BJP pledges to buy paddy at ₹3100 per quintal and provide a fertilizer subsidy of ₹18,000 per acre. Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda announced that the party will provide a yearly incentive of ₹2500 to small farmers, reduce VAT, and regulate petrol and diesel prices. Additionally, they promise laptops for students, 1% interest loans for self-help groups, and aim to create 2.5 lakh jobs in the next 5 years. The Ayushman Health Care Scheme will be increased from ₹5 to 10 lakhs. Free pilgrimages for the elderly to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ram Mandir are also assured, along with the official celebration of Telangana Liberation Day on September 17th.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda earnestly appealed to the people of Telangana, urging them to uproot an appeasement and allegedly corrupt government, and instead cast their votes for development by choosing the BJP. He emphasized that the BJP's commitment to inclusivity and progress, with the motto "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, seeks the cooperation of the people to eliminate familial influences in politics. He requested the citizens to vote for the lotus symbol of the BJP on the 30th of November.
